The bidding period for the demolition of the Lewis Street Apartments and the home at 525 Coe Street concluded on February 26. The district received four bids. Our project manager from CESA 10 is calling references and verifying the validity of the bids. A contractor will be selected at the March 19th Board of Education meeting. Upon completion the area will be a combination of a gravel parking lot and green space.local fence installers
